Errors in Production is an ongoing collection that I find extremely fascinating.  Heike Bollig has been collecting different objects produced in mass amounts and have come out misshapen or as mistakes.  They really struck me as powerful examples of human imperfection and beauty.  You can view some examples here, but the full but modestly displayed bunch can be viewed on her website.
